Dream Hydrotherapy Salt
Immerse yourself in a blend of elemi, chamomile, lavender, blue tansy and cedarwood to calm a hyperactive, anxious or irritable mind. A warm bath in these salts shortly before bedtime is going to get you off to sleep quickly and peacefully. The oils are blended with soothing magnesium salt and nourishing vitamin E oil so that your body is as pampered and looked after as your mind.
Directions | add two handfuls of salt to your bath (or more if you wish) just before you step in (if you add the salt too early the essential oils will evaporate and the effects will be decreased). Soak for 20 minutes at least.
Safety | ensure the water is a safe temperature before immersion. Not suitable for children under 12.
