Revive Hydrotherapy Salt
Not all baths are taken for winding down, or in the evening before going to sleep. I created this blend for quite the opposite - for those days that you have a little bit of spare time, and you feel uninspired, lifeless and lacking in energy. An immersion in mineral rich water filled with the fresh and invigorating scent of pink grapefruit, ginger root and gorgeous essential oil of rhododendron petals is the ultimate pick-me-up. This bath needn't be piping hot either - it's beautifully refreshing on the cooler side too, taken on a warm summers day.
DIRECTIONS | ADD TWO OR THREE HANDFULS OF SALT TO YOUR BATH (OR MORE IF YOU WISH) JUST BEFORE YOU STEP IN (IF YOU ADD THE SALT TOO EARLY THE ESSENTIAL OILS WILL EVAPORATE AND THE EFFECTS WILL BE DECREASED). SOAK FOR 20 MINUTES AT LEAST.
